Das bekannte und beliebte Standard-Nachschlagewerk „Schmierstoff und Mineralöl ABC“ wurde in 2017 neu herausgegeben und ist ein ideales Nachschlagewerk für die Schmierstoff- und Mineralölbranche. Es enthält 830 Begriffserläuterungen für die branchenspezifischen Produktgruppen Kraftstoffe, Schmierstoffe und Brennstoffe sowie aufgrund der gestiegenen Bedeutung auch für die Fachgebiete Chemikalienrecht, Umweltrecht, Arbeitsschutz und Gefahrgutrecht. Zahlreiche Hinweise auf entsprechende DIN / EN / ISO-Normen sowie Verweise auf andere Begriffe erleichtern das schnelle Finden von weiteren Informationen zu einem Thema.
Auch die für die Branche relevanten Abkürzungen am Ende des Buches sind sehr hilfreich. Eine Übersichtstabelle mit relevanten Testmethoden für die Schmierstoff- und Mineralölbranche enthält sowohl die entsprechenden ISO-Normen als auch Querverweise zu verschiedenen nationalen Normen.

Numerous references to corresponding DIN / EN / ISO standards as well as references to other terms make it easy to find further information on specific topics.
Furthermore, abbreviations relevant to the industry at the end of the book are very useful. An overview table with relevant test methods for the lubricant and mineral oil sector shows the corresponding ISO standards as well as cross-references to different national standards.
